These General Terms of Use are made between the legal entity incorporated under the Companies Act in the name Shine Solution Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the PROVIDER or SHINE SOLUTION) and you (hereinafter referred to as the CLIENT and/or MERCHANT).
By downloading, installing, or using any part of the services or software provided by Shine Solution (hereinafter referred to as the SERVICE), the CLIENT and/or MERCHANT agrees to be legally bound by these General Terms and accepts all provisions contained herein.
If the CLIENT or MERCHANT does not agree with these terms, they must not use the services.
By accepting these terms, the CLIENT and/or MERCHANT confirms that they have the authority to enter into this agreement and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
GENERAL TERMS – These terms of use including any annexes or additional agreements.
CLIENT – The end-user who performs transactions using services offered by the MERCHANT.
SHINE SOLUTION – The service provider operating payment and digital services.
SERVICE – Software, tools, or services that allow clients and merchants to perform digital payment transactions.
MERCHANT – Individual or business authorized to distribute or use the services provided by Shine Solution.
TRANSACTION – Any payment, payout, or settlement conducted electronically using the service.
BANK – Financial institution or card network issuing debit, credit, or prepaid cards compatible with the service.
Shine Solution Pvt Ltd provides technology services that facilitate digital payment transactions between clients and merchants through electronic systems.
All intellectual property including trademarks, designs, software, text, and graphics associated with the service are the exclusive property of Shine Solution or its licensors.
These terms become effective from the moment the CLIENT or MERCHANT begins using the services.
Shine Solution is not obligated to process every transaction request. The company may accept, reject, suspend, or cancel transactions if necessary.
Shine Solution reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time in accordance with applicable laws.
Transactions may be delayed, rejected, or cancelled due to verification issues, regulatory requirements, or security concerns.
Shine Solution may suspend or block transactions if suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities are detected.
The CLIENT and/or MERCHANT agrees:
Shine Solution grants the MERCHANT a non-exclusive, revocable license to use and distribute the service to clients for legitimate business purposes.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the service for performing authorized transactions.
The service may integrate with third-party systems such as banks, payment networks, and other technology providers. Shine Solution is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party services.
The CLIENT or MERCHANT shall not:
Shine Solution makes no guarantee regarding uninterrupted service availability or transaction processing times.
Shine Solution shall not be liable for losses resulting from transaction failures, system interruptions, fraudulent activities, or external system failures.
The company shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue or business.
Shine Solution may suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion if misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms is detected.
The CLIENT or MERCHANT may stop using the service at any time.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
